As Early Careers Resourcing Manager, you’ll attract, engage and assess the next generation through inclusive campaigns, standout assessment centres and strong education partnerships. A role combining strategy, creativity and real-world impact, you’ll manage high‑volume recruitment cycles, collaborate across departments, and use data to drive smarter decisions. You’ll also manage and support a team member, contribute to strategic projects, and ensure our processes are fair, compliant and future‑focused.

Because this role is highly visible and relationship‑driven, you’ll regularly travel to schools, colleges, universities and our offices across the region representing the firm, strengthening partnerships and delivering in‑person events.

What you'll be doing day to day

  • Leading end‑to‑end recruitment programmes for early talent, from attraction to onboarding
  • Coaching and supporting the Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator
  • Managing outreach campaigns and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with our marketing team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Contributing to strategic projects including early talent pipeline development and inclusion initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and mitigating reputational risk
  • Ongoing review of fair and inclusive assessment processes using strengths‑based methodologies
  • Using recruitment data and feedback to drive continuous improvement

About you

  • Strong expertise in early careers recruitment, including strengths‑based assessment and inclusive hiring practices
  • Experience managing cyclical campaigns and delivering high‑quality candidate experiences
  • Skilled in building trusted partnerships with schools, colleges, universities and internal stakeholders
  • Confident using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Able to lead with empathy and clarity, supporting and developing others
  • Understand how recruitment connects to broader business goals and workforce planning
  • Champion inclusion, fairness and transparency in everything you do
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and bring energy, creativity and focus to your work
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to education partners and firm offices as part of building relationships and delivering outreach activity
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a car insured for business use
