We’re seeking an L&D Advisor to join our newly formed L&D team that is focused on creating impact. This role would suit someone with a strong background in L&D coordination and administration who is looking to strengthen their programme design, consulting and strategy skillset.
What you'll be doing day to day
- Coordinate a wide range of internal and external learning events: scheduling, publicise them, manage enrolments, liaise with facilitators, etc.
- Consult with and provide advice to colleagues across the organisation, guiding employees and their line managers to the right learning solution for them.
- Analyse, design, develop and evaluate learning programmes: work with stakeholders to assess needs, design and develop impactful learning programmes drawing from a wide range of learning modalities, and then evaluate and report on impact.
- Support in the development of learning strategy: work with the Senior L&D Manager to analyse organisational priorities and develop a learning strategy that addresses them
- Maintain and administer our learning management system.
About you
- A clear passion for learning as a field and proven experience in an L&D role.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail; able to be flexible as priorities and needs change, and work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships across an organisation at all levels; able to manage the expectations of others and work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work well independently; a motivated self-starter, with good initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Some experience in designing, developing and evaluating learning programmes.
- Experience of working with a learning management system.
