In a nutshell

This is your chance to directly shape the experience of early talent joining PKF Francis Clark. As an Early Careers Resourcing Specialist, you’ll play a hands‑on role in attracting, engaging and assessing the next generation through inclusive campaigns, well‑run assessment centres, and strong relationships with education partners.

Because this role is highly visible and relationship‑driven, you’ll regularly travel to schools, colleges, universities and our offices across the region, representing the firm, strengthening partnerships and supporting in‑person events.

  • Supporting early careers pipeline activity and contributing to inclusion and widening‑participation initiatives
  • Using recruitment systems and data to track activity, monitor progress and suggest improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with process, policy and employment legislation, escalating risks where needed
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline, improve or modernise early careers processes
  • Representing the firm at careers fairs, insight days and schools/college engagement events

About you

  • Experience in early careers, graduate or high-volume recruitment, or a strong interest in developing within this specialism
  • Understanding of inclusive hiring and strengths‑based assessment approaches

  • Comfortable analysing data and feedback to help drive improvement
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing deadlines
  • A natural ambassador for fairness, inclusion and transparency
  • Comfortable with regular travel across the region to support events and relationship‑building
